On Site Quality Control Management Professional

Thomas Safety Solutions, Inc. (TSSI) provides a third-party comprehensive Quality Control Management (QCM) program that focuses on managing, testing and inspection services for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Our team of QCM Professionals work with contractors on projects to ensure that construction and worksite requirements are being met. Our goal is to build a strong relationship with our clients by providing cost-effective and reliable QCM services resulting in a quality-end product.

The QCM’s at TSSI have only one thing in mind…. to provide our clients with the expertise they need to successfully complete construction and infrastructure projects. Our team of QCM Professionals are responsible for the overall management of quality control activities, including:

• Review project documents and drawings for conformance with project details;
• Perform inspections of work areas and confirm conditions are acceptable prior to commencing work;
• Manage, inspect and report incoming materials received and work installed with photos and client approved reports;
• Schedule, coordinate and document all testing and inspections with testing agencies employed by our clients;
• Provide daily and/or weekly quality control reports;
• Manage the submittal process in accordance with our client’s worksite requirements.

TSSI will work closely with your company to ensure that nothing is overlooked and will help your company in managing the quality of your project with an experienced and qualified QCM to ensure that construction and worksite requirements are being met. We oversee our clients projects to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met during the construction process.

TSSI has experience providing QCM services at a multitude of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, including educational/university facilities construction and expansion projects; large commercial construction; and government projects, such as U.S Army Corp of Engineer (USACE) projects.

Once a project begins, TSSI will review the project documents and drawings for conformance with project details, inspect and test materials, work closely with the contractor to identify, resolve and document any deficiencies found and issue an appropriate report to ensure successful resolution for a quality-end product.
