Seminar Description:

The OSHA 10 hour General Industry Outreach Training seminar was originally developed by the U.S. Department of Labor to provide a variety of training to front-line workers, supervisors, management and other personnel responsible for daily work activities with an awareness of safety and health concerns in the general industry. Participants review standard general industry safety and health principles and information that prepares them to recognize and control a variety of hazardous conditions.

Seminar Objective:

This seminar is designed to provide participants with an overview of OSHA safety standards and health concerns in the general industry.

     General Duty Clause
     Inspections, Citations and Penalties
Subpart D - Walking and Work Surfaces (required, includes Fall Protection)
Subpart S - Electrical (required)

Subpart Z - Hazard Communication (required)
Subpart E - Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans & Fire Prevention Plans (Required)
Subpart L - Fire Protection *

Total Hours: 10 Hours
